Jinx has been in the S tier for a few patches again now but this patch with the rework to Yun Tal Wild Arrows we could see her rise up into a GOD tier pick if it proves as strong as it sounds. The item now gives attack speed by default, but also brings an attack speed steroid to the table along with stacking crit and tons of damage. So it could be the perfect item for her that might send her over the edge!

We recommend using the Low ELO list for as long as you can before switching the High ELO list. It usually works until around high Diamond. If a champion isn't on our tier list, it doesn't necessarily mean that you can't climb with them.
