How to Play
Pantheon is a powerful early game jungler who can clear camps safely thanks to his passive blocking incoming basic attacks. We max E first for its strong area damage, helping
Pantheon clear grouped monsters quickly and deal plenty of damage during early fights.
When ganking, engage with W to stun your target before following up with E and Q. Once you unlock your ultimate, look for opportunities to jump into other lanes, cut off retreating enemies and create advantages across the map.
Runes Explained
For
Pantheon's runes, we take Attack Damage Marks and Attack Damage Quintessences to improve his clear speed and make his early ganks more threatening. The additional damage also strengthens his abilities, giving him plenty of early kill pressure.
Armor Seals reduce the physical damage taken from jungle monsters, while Scaling Magic Resist Glyphs provide increasing protection against magic damage as the game progresses
Masteries Explained
Pantheon uses a 21/9 mastery setup, investing heavily in Offense to complement his aggressive early game playstyle. These points increase his Attack Damage and Armor Penetration, making his abilities hit harder and giving him greater kill pressure whenever he enters a lane.
The final 9 points are placed into Defense to make his opening clears more reliable. Combined with the protection from his passive, the reduced damage from jungle monsters helps
Pantheon conserve health and remain active on the map. This means he can look for early ganks without being forced to recall after clearing only a few camps.
