Greater Mark of Armor x9
Greater Seal of Armor x9
Greater Glyph of Magic Resist x9
Greater Quintessence of Gold x3
The best Runes for
Lulu are 9x Armor Marks, 9x Armor Seals, 9x Magic Resist Glyphs, and 3x Quintessences of Gold.
As
Lulu is a squishy Support, the double Armor helps reduce damage from enemy ADC auto attacks. The Magic Resist Glyphs provide protection against AP champions and magic damage. Gold Quints are a good option to increase her passive gold income so she can purchase more wards.

Lulu is an enchanter, so we will allocate 21 points to the Utility tree and 9 to the Defensive tree.
Lulu is a mana-hungry champion, and she is also not going to earn as much gold as someone like an ADC who will be farming, so going 21 points into the Utility tree and getting bonus mana, extra gold and free wards allows her to be a better Support. We should also take 9 points in the Defensive tree and get extra HP, armour, and MR to protect us from incoming damage.
Glitterlance (Q) bolts can not deal damage to the same targetOur experts are currently testing LoL Classic builds for
Lulu on the PBE.
Check back often as we make updates based on PBE changes and as the Classic meta develops!
Lulu is a utility Support whose main job is to peel and protect her allies. During the laning phase, you’ll want to use your E to shield and protect your ADC, while using your W to either speed them up or interrupt the enemies' engagement. When you’re level 6, the amount of utility you have increases and your ADC can start playing even more aggressively. Your goal in the laning phase is to get as much gold and XP as possible so you can get Ruby Sightstone as soon as possible.
In the mid-game, stay with your ADC as much as possible and place vision around wherever you are. As
Lulu is vulnerable and very squishy, she is easy to kill, especially without her Ultimate. Keep your ADC alive for as long as possible in fights while you provide them with shields and utility spells so they can dish out a lot of damage.
