How to Play

Start with Q for your first camp, then take W to help sustain your clear. Hit the whole camp with Q and weave in basic attacks. Keep an eye on your mana so you can still use E when a gank opportunity appears.

Once you have all three basic abilities, look for enemies pushing away from their turret. Activate E before entering the lane, then approach from an angle that lets you knock your target toward your teammate. Use Ghost when the extra speed will help you reach them or stay in range.

At level 6, R gives you another way to reach the enemy backline. You can use it to get behind a target before landing your empowered E attack. Check that your team can follow before committing both abilities.

In teamfights, keep W active while you and your teammates are damaging enemies around you. Continue using Q and basic attacks after the engage. If your carries are under pressure, your knockback and fear can also help them escape.

Runes Explained

Attack Damage Marks support your early clear and physical damage. Armor Seals reduce damage from jungle monsters, while Scaling Magic Resist Glyphs help against magic damage during teamfights as the game progresses.

Movement Speed Quintessences improve your clear speed and ganking potential.

Masteries Explained

Take 21 points in Offense for attack damage, armor penetration and cooldown reduction. This suits an aggressive bruiser build that wants to threaten enemies after reaching them. Summoner’s Wrath supports Ghost, while Butcher helps your early clear.

The nine defensive points provide health, some armor and reduced monster damage. Summoner’s Resolve also improves Smite.
