The best Runes for Ezreal are 9x Mark of Attack Damage, 9x Seal of Armor, 9x Glyph of Magic Resist, and 3x Quintessence of Life Steal. The AD and Life Steal will help Ezreal while trading and harassing the enemy with his basic attacks and Q. The Armor and MR choice is to protect him from incoming damage.
Masteries
As Ezreal is an ADC, we will be taking 21 points in the offensive tree and 9 points in the Utility tree. The offensive masteries improve Ezreal’s damage output and make farming and trading more effective throughout the laning phase. The Utility points provide extra mana and give him extra stats, so he doesn’t go out of mana fast.
Changes For Classic
- Essence Flux (W) passes through all units dealing damage to enemies and granting allies attack speed
Trueshot Barrage (R) deals less damage per enemy hit

How to Play
Ezreal is a dominant ADC who is extremely potent in lane while also remaining safe at all times.
During the laning phase, he can harass the enemy down with basic attacks, his Q and his W, while saving his E to escape engages from the enemy. Even in the worst matchups, you can still scale well into the mid-game, as you can just farm with your Q.
During the mid-game, you need to stick with your Support and focus on poking and harassing the enemy with your Q, while remembering to save your E and avoiding using it unless you have to.
As Ezreal is quite vulnerable to all-in and flanks, especially against point-and-click CC or hard engage, it is really important that you are aware of your surroundings and never go around the map alone.
