Viktor·Mid Counters

Before looking for the all-in, bait out his R. His R is his only real form of defence and protection from an all-in and once it’s down, he is easier to kill.

When Viktor has completed his first upgrade (which is usually his E), make sure you’re always outside of the minion wave so he is unable to push and poke you at the same time.

Viktor will be looking to play safe in the early game. Try to abuse this to get ahead.

Avoid fighting around objectives as Viktor has a lot of poke with his E. His Ultimate also deals AOE damage which will help him in forcing you off the objective.

Viktor’s job in team fights is to poke as much as he can before committing to the fight. Try to force a fight as quickly as you can rather than allowing him to poke you down with his E and R.

In team fights, flank from the side or create different angles of approach to get on to him. This will make it really difficult for him to survive the team fight.

Viktors first power spike is once he has hit level 6. His Ultimate R will give him extra kill pressure in lane and he will start to play slightly more aggressive.

His abilities will be stronger with every upgrade.

Once Viktor has completed his first item, and upgraded his E, he will be able to clear the minion waves very fast and keep you pushed under your tower.
