Spirit Visage
It is a strong item to amplify in-build sustain (to increase healing and health regeneration). It's good against 1) magic damage champions who deal sustained damage like Cassiopeia, Vladimir, and Swain; 2) against burst mages like Syndra and Veigar to survive their initial burst and heal up quickly.

Udyr Matchups Overview
Udyr General information
Udyr tips and tricks
Udyr has really good objective control. Make sure you get every Dragon whenever possible to increase your chances of winning.
To make ganking easier, run behind the enemy while activating your E at the last possible second. This bonus movement speed and stun may run out if you use it too early which will allow the enemy to escape.
Udyr can 1v1 most enemy champions. If the enemy has a weak early clear, look to gain an early lead and put the enemy behind.
