Good sustain in lane with her Q which she can consistently land on melee enemy laners.
Her E is very advantageous in grouped fights. It can send the enemy team into disarray and forces them to play defensively.
Her Ultimate R allows her to impact any fight on the map with ease. This allows her to change the results of skirmishes and duels throughout the game.
Extremely squishy early on and is very susceptible to burst/poke damage. She can be easily gotten rid of if she gets crowd controlled.
Improper usage of her E can give windows to the enemy team to all-in Soraka or her laner partner. Trying not to use it for poke is Soraka’s best bet.
Her healing can easily be reduced with the purchase of a Grievous Wounds item. She is also countered by enemies who have some form of dash which they can use to dodge her Q.
0 - 15 min
Keep poking enemies with your Q in the lane and focus on whittling them down. This is important towards winning the lane early on.
Remember that you will end up dying if you get CC'd or if the enemy comes too close to you. Maintain your distance and keep up the poke.
Once you get your Ultimate R, you should be able to save your allies frequently. Make sure that you keep an eye around the map and see if someone needs help.
15 - 25 min
Mid-game will require you to be poking enemies and healing allies at the same time. Don't wander around alone as killing you is very easy.
Your E placement can make or break a fight with ease. Try to fight around choke points and always target spellcasters or assassins with your E.
Neutral Objective fights are significant, and you need to be a part of them. Do not overuse your W though, else you will end up dying quickly.

Never move around alone now, as killing you is very easy. Stick with your damage dealers and keep them alive at all costs.
Your Ultimate R will be on a tremendously low cooldown during this portion of the game. Ensure that you use it as and when required because you don't want crucial teammates to die unnecessarily.
Ensure that you use your E properly. Chokepoint fights are crucial, but you can also use it to disrupt mages as they are pretty powerful now.
Her early game is weak, and she will need to rely on landing her Q on her laner when possible. Playing safe is the best way to go and should allow her to scale up quickly.
Level six is a good spike as she can make cross-map plays and can easily sav her carries. It can allow her to play a bit more aggressively as well.
The first item component should increase her overall power decently. Her damage will be significant, and she can spam her abilities frequently now.
Her healing is quite intimidating during this part of the game. She should keep her carries alive with her W and Ultimate R.
Her first ability will be maxed out at level 9. Depending on which ability she chooses, she will either be dishing out a lot of damage and healing herself or just healing her allies and keeping them alive.
She is perfect in the mid-game due to her potent heal and ability to consistently dish out a lot of damage to enemies. Melee champions will have a tough time against her.
Level 16 is an excellent spike for Soraka as her heal will be highly potent and will be up quite frequently. Since it removes Grievous Wounds, team fighting has become easy for her team.
Both her W and Q will be maxed out during this game phase. She should be dealing with a lot of consistent damage, and her healing will be above par. Killing her carries will be phenomenally easy.
Her W will be completely maxed out and let her heal her allies for significant amounts. Her Ultimate R will be the final nail on the coffin for the enemy team as it will remove Grievous Wounds and impart a massive heal to her team.
