His W can allow him to juke as well as initiate ganks with ease. This is especially effective when he has his Sweeper activated, or the enemy team has no vision set-up.
He unlocks his true power when he gets his Ultimate R. It can easily allow him to crowd control unsuspecting targets and set his team up for success and follow up crowd control.
He excels at extended trades due to how his Q and E works. This enables him to duel enemies easily, especially if they are overextended.
He is inefficient before he gets his Ultimate R so he can be invaded during this time. He can easily be taken down if the enemy roams with another teammate.
His W is the only form of self-peel for him. Once that is down, his enemies can easily catch up to him, as well as crowd control him and force him to recall.
Heavily countered by proper vision placement, especially during the early game. This will prevent him from roaming/ganking and will keep the solo laner safe against him.

Keep going until you hit level 3. Once you do that, start ganking when possible. Just ensure that you don't get detected onwards beforehand, though.
Use your W very carefully as that ability can quickly get you a lead if appropriately used. Also, counter-gank the enemy as much as you can.
Once you get your Ultimate R, you should have a higher impact on team fights. Make sure that you target high-priority champions when possible.
15 - 25 min
You should spend a lot of time skirmishing and accumulating a lead during this phase of the game. Your main target is the enemy backline so try to get on them.
Flanks and the fog of war are your friends in this game. Always try to use the fog of war to get to the enemy backline and allow your allies to follow up on your engage.
Fighting around choke points will be really helpful. Make sure that you don't do anything to get picked off and use your Ultimate R to knock up multiple enemies simultaneously.

You should spend a lot of time dueling and killing enemies who are pushing carelessly in the side lanes. Make sure that you use the fog of war to the fullest.
All your items should be ready by now, making you an extremely powerful duelist. Try not to get CC'd during fights and kill the squishy targets first.
Since you are a dive-based champion, try to get a defensive item when possible. This will let you survive for a longer time. Also, prioritize tenacity.
Level six is a massive spike as he can now impact team fights as a whole. He can also look for flanks and dive the enemy backline.
His early game will be pretty solid as he can just go for consistent all-in trades and get back to safety due to his W. He won't be taking a lot of damage with proper usage of that ability, but he will need to stay out of vision.
He is a decent skirmisher early on, especially once he gets his Ultimate R. Looking for clumped fights is his way to go.
Another point in his Ultimate R will increase his overall damage and allow him to skirmish way more efficiently. Team fights will be a breeze for him.
The first ability will be maxed out at level 9. This will help him dish out a lot of damage to enemies he manages to get his hands upon.
During this phase of the game, multiple items will allow him to dish out a lot of damage while surviving fights with ease.
The final point in his Ultimate R will allow him to deal tremendous amounts of damage to the enemies. He should try to look for flanks during team fights to maximize his Ultimate R usage.
He will have many items now, which will make him really tanky and will allow him to deal lots and lots of damage in a short amount of time. The enemy team will have a hard time dealing with him.
Wukong is pretty intense during this phase of the game, but he will have a hard time killing them due to them purchasing defensive items. You will want to group up with your team as frequently as you can.
