Laning Against Hwei
Stand away from the minion wave so he cannot push and poke you simultaneously.
Abuse his immobile nature by forcing him to over extend, then request a gank and shut him down.
His E is on a really long cooldown. Try to bait it out, and then look to fight him while his only CC tool is on cooldown.
Strategy VS Hwei
Avoid letting him get ahead early as he can be extremely potent in the later stages of the game.
Avoid fighting in the jungle as he has a lot of AOE damage and can destroy your team if he gets a good combo off.
Lock him down and kill him quickly. Pick him off as he moves around the map, and then take the Baron or Dragon.
Hwei Power Spikes
When he hits level 3, he becomes stronger and he is harder to handle. Bait out abilities and then fight him.
Once he hits level 6, he unlocks his R which makes him better in 1v1 fights.
As the game progresses, and as teams start grouping, Hwei becomes stronger and stronger as he is a great team-fighting champion.
