In team fights, don’t run directly towards the enemy. The best way to team fight for Camille is by flanking the enemy from the side and then using your Ultimate R on a carry.
Whenever your Ultimate R is up, make sure you gank a lane. Your Ultimate R is incredibly strong and should result in a kill every time.
Camille is really good at cheesing early ganks. After hitting level 2, look to gank a lane to blow an early enemy Flash.

If you want to use the most popular Camille Jungle build, you should take Smite and Ignite as your Summoner Spells. For runes, you should pick Press the Attack as your keystone, followed by Triumph, Legend: Alacrity and Coup de Grace in the primary tree, as well as Cash Back and Biscuit Delivery in the secondary tree.
