Boons

Hestia builds revolve entirely around her Curse, Scorch. Start out with any one of the following Core Boons: 
Flame Strike, 
Flame Flourish, or 
Smolder Ring. While they start out decent enough, once you grab 
Pyro Technique, your damage instantly ramps up.
The next most impactful Boons you can get are her Duo Boons, 
Burning Desire, 
Freezer Burn, &
Thermal Dynamics. Adding any of these to a Scorch build transforms it into an OP build. If you're really lucky and manage to get multiple of them, you'll burn through every foe.
Her non-Core Boons are definitely on the weaker side. 
Slow Cooker is very niche, 
Fire Away requires her Cast + 2 secondary Boons, and 
Flash Fry is something you take when there's no other option.
Glowing Coal and 
Controlled Burn are great for extra ranged Damage. If you have 
Ares in your God pool then look for 
Fourth Degree to get some nice burst damage going.
Weapon Aspect Synergy
The best Weapons to pair with Hestia are the fast hitting Aspects. The most important mechanic for Scorch is quickly adding up stacks. Therefore a slow weapon like 
Aspect of Melinoë Attack or Special is terrible for Scorch.
Weapons examples for a Hestia Scorch Build include:
Aspect of Anubis Attack rapidly stacks Scorch (plus Glowing Coal is soooo good to keep foes in the Attacks AoE.)
Aspect of Hel Attack are amazing for Flame Strike. Valkyrie mode shoots super fast.
Aspect of Supay Flame Flourish Specials quickly stack up Scorch for rapid damage. Especially if you get 
Hidden Helix or 
Whirling Helix.

The best Gods to pair with Hestia:
Aphrodite to combine 
Glamour Gain with Scorch and get their Duo Boon Burning Desire
Demeter, Freezer Burn on Scorch build goes crazy. The burst damage is unbelievable on Guardians. - Ares and immediately go for Controlled Burn/Glowing Coal to get Fourth Degree for fat damage every few seconds.
When to Target Hesita
You only really want to target Hestia when starting a build. Grabbing her late in a run is generally a suboptimal choice. She's a very focused God, and is best used for dedicated Scorch builds.
However, A high rarity Smolder Ring or 
Snuffed Candle is always going to be welcomed.
