With hundreds, if not thousands of players around you, there are a good couple of ways to play in ROB RUN! In this guide, we'll go over how to get started with the cop role. It'll involve getting the job, how to play it, and more. Hopefully this helps you tackle the crime ridden streets of Looty Bay!
Overview
Finding The Police Station
In order to actually become an officer, you'll first need to head to the building located in the center of Looty Bay. If you're unable to find it, look for the blue building icon. We have also attached an image of it below.

Selecting The Role
Once you arrive to the station, speak to the cop at the front desk. Provided the current roster of cops in your server is not already full, you'll be able to take a badge and begin your shift.
New players will only be able to start out with the base badge loadout, but can eventually upgrade to other roles as they progress through the ranks.

Playing As A Cop
When starting your shift, the goal is to stop as many criminals as you can. Doing so racks up income, which is paid out at the end of the shift amongst the officers on the roster. Active crimes can be seen from your cruiser by the 3D Markers in the world. These typically show up as reported, meaning you should head over to them as soon as they appear.

When you come across a criminal, there is a few ways you can handle the interaction. The first one is to arrest them by downing them with your weapon of choice, or alternatively if they willingly surrender. Don't get your hopes up for surrenders, though. Most criminals will look to instantly kill you, before you can even give them the choice.

Criminals that are flush with cash can offer you a bribe, which you have the option to either accept or deny before jailing them. This can be a solid way to make extra income, but is pretty uncommon in my own experience.
Lastly, you can also resort to just fully downing and killing the criminals, bagging up their contraband after the fact.

What Happens When You Die?
Unlike playing civilian or criminal, police officers do not get sent back to Lenny's Motel on death. Instead, it becomes an optional choice. The other side of this choice involves respawning at the station with your standard loadout again.
Be aware though that dying repeatedly will incur a longer respawn time, punishing cops who charge into action constantly. Try to play it safe to avoid this potential penalty.
