Once inside, the first section of the trial is to make your way over the spikes, this one is completed by keeping to the left on all three squares.
In the next section, to advance, you need to take the right most square, head forwards one square, head to the central square and then up to the top middle square.
For the final section, the insert you need to press on the wall to stop the corridor of spikes is on the left wall, the third one along.
Now you can keep on advancing!
