MUST HAVE Enchantments in Minecraft Dungeons 2

Updated on Sep 30, 2026
Sep 30, 2026

Overview

Minecraft Dungeons 2 is here and Mojang has reworked the way Enchantments work. Now, instead of RNG, they are books you acquire through completing Quests, Rifts and Dungeons. There are a total of 32 Enchantments in the game currently, and some are much stronger than others.

Each Enchantment has 3 levels to them, and you upgrade them with Echo Shards and Enchantment points. Echo Shards are a new farmable material that can be easily farmed in Rifts! Check out this guide on Rifts to easily farm them!

Enchantment points are earned through simply leveling up. This list will give you some of the top Enchantments to look out for on your journey through the Overworld and Sift!

*Note* Enchantments can be applied and removed freely, so if you apply enchantments to gear you aren't currently using, you can disenchant them and free up some enchantment points. Salvaging gear that is enchanted also refunds those points.

This guide is still a WIP as more enchantments are discovered. Be sure to check back for updates!
