Defeating the Albatross and returning its Head to the islander rewards you with the coordinates for the Volcano Island.

Purchase the Professional Boss Lure from the Rocks Island shop for $1,200. Make sure you buy the Boss version, as the cheaper Professional Lure only catches regular fish.
Cast the lure into the surrounding water and reel in the Tuna. Use a ranged weapon to defeat it while moving sideways to avoid its jumping attacks.
Do not sell, cook or eat the Tuna after defeating it. Its body is the bait required to summon the Albatross.
Before using the Tuna, make sure you have:
The Sniper Rifle is one of the best weapons for this fight because the Albatross spends much of the battle flying at long range. However, an upgraded SMG or another reliable ranged weapon can still work.
Place the defeated Tuna on dry ground and wait for the Albatross to arrive. Try to position the Tuna close to the shop or another area with cover before placing it down.
The fight will begin shortly after the Albatross appears, so equip your weapon immediately and prepare to move.
When the Albatross flies at long range, it can rain damaging droppings down onto the island. Move beneath the shop’s roof or another covered area until the attack finishes.
The Albatross can also swoop towards you from the air. Keep moving and avoid standing in the open while it begins its approach.
Do not chase it around the island. Stay close to cover and wait for it to return within range.
The safest time to deal damage is after the Albatross finishes one of its attacks or while it is flying back towards the island.
Step out from cover, fire while you have a clear shot and move back to safety before its next pass. The Sniper Rifle makes these short damage windows easier to use, while faster weapons can steadily reduce its health whenever it flies closer.
Keep an eye on the white escape bar beneath its health. If it runs out, the Albatross will disappear and you will need another Tuna to restart the encounter.
After defeating the Albatross, search through its drops and collect the Albatross Head. Make sure you take the Head rather than only picking up the ordinary Meat Chunks.
Return the Albatross Head to the islander inside the shop. This completes the Terrorizing Bird quest and rewards you with the coordinates for the Volcano Island.
