The fan-favorite feature known as the Track Builder is coming to Hot Wheels: Infinite Rush! Here's an overview of how it works ahead of the release date later this year!
Overview
Adaptive Snapping Tool
The builder in Unleashed has been expanded to now focus on three core pillars of the game. The first one, is the brand new adaptive snapping tool. Instead of needing to manually adjust each piece of your track to match the terrain, the new tool will now automatically adjust the height of each piece, snapping it to the ground.
This now also lets you take full advantage of the environment. In Wheelswood, you can very easily create tracks that follow the city's roads. In Tentacle Bay, the same tool can be used to automatically adapt the track to the island's hills and uneven terrain.

Dynamic Environment
The second pillar being focused on by the new builder is pretty neat. If your track you're currently building crosses objects in the environment – such as buildings, poles, traffic lights, or trees – you don't have to change your design! The new track builder tool will automatically remove those elements to make room for your track on the go.
This allows you to have more freedom when building, without being worry about things getting in your way and messing up your planned tracks!

Virtual Opponents
The third pillar is the addition of virtual opponents.
Previously in the unleashed games, players could not face off against with virtual opponents on tracks they built themselves. In this game, the devs have introduced dedicated markers when building a track. By placing them along your track, you can define the racing line, the acceleration and the braking areas that virtual opponents will follow. The track-making process is still the same, but once you’ve finished your design, you can place these markers and test out the track to validate it for sharing.
This will help with tracks feeling more alive, instead of empty pieces of plastic in the world. Unleashed is shaping up to be the most lived in Hot Wheels world yet!

How To Validate A Track
Before you can publish a track for other players in Infinite Rush to play, you'll first need to manually validate it within the game. Luckily, the developers have made doing so relatively easy!#
The first validation step is simple: complete the track once yourself. Doing so allows you to upload the track, share it, and make it available for online multiplayer and Time Attack races. However, if you want your track to support Quick Races against virtual opponents, an optional second validation step is required. The game simulates a full 12-car race, letting you watch the vehicles in action and adjust any section of the track if needed.
Once every vehicle successfully completes the track, it becomes fully validated for virtual opponents as well.
Conclusion
