The strategy to efficiently farm Unholy and Angelic Charms is made possible within the Ether Tree allowing you to bypass the need to access the Ruby Gardens and gain access to the uber boss Endrixia more frequently within the Overworld.
This is made possible by spawning Ruby Chests in place of where normal chests would otherwise spawn by pathing towards the Wrath of Endrixia node in the Ruby Gardens section of the Ether Tree which allows a chance for Endrixia to spawn from Ruby Chests in the Overworld but she will no longer spawn in the Ruby Gardens.
The small nodes running up to Wrath of Endrixia each grant a 0.15% Chance to spawn a Ruby Chest in place of where a normal chest would of been totalling to 0.45%.
To back this up you also need to take the node just below called Chaotic Endrixia which grants a Endrixia a 1% chance to gain more life and damage but it also allows her to now drop Unholy and Angelic Charms.
It's best to run a map that naturally spawns a lot of chests so that the chance of spawning a Ruby Chest in their place is as high as possible.
A recommended map for this is Chilling Lakes as it's spawns a naturally high number of chests and as a result has as decent chance of spawning at least 1x Ruby Chest if not multiple.
The Ruby Chests in the Overworld have a fairly large icon on the map which looks as below so be sure to look out for them when speed running these maps.
When you open a Ruby Chest in the Overworld and are lucky enough to spawn Endrixia you will have the chance to kill her for some very nice drops including Unholy and Angelic Charms.
There are a few moves that Endrixia uses that you will want to be careful of if you aren't able to instantly delete her which would require a very high amount of damage since she has around 80 Billion HP by default in Inferno Difficulty.
