The newest Crimson Desert DLC offers a variety of new gameplay, places to explore, and, of course, ships and chartering the unknown. New ships in the DLC cost a lot of money and camp funds. That is why stacking cash matters, and in this guide, we'll break down a money-making strategy to help you buy ships faster in the new Crimson Desert DLC.
Overview
How to Unlock Facilities
You can unlock Facilities through the Grey Main quest line in their faction quest called “Renewed Vitality”. Head to Hernand’s quest board, pick up the notice, and it tells you about Timber Sawmill. The mission wants you to lease the Sawmill.

When you unlock this, head to the Sawmill; when you enter, you'll be greeted with a management menu. Your goal here is to start building a business by providing wood and fulfilling the Sawmill's needs. In this management menu, you can manage goods, staff, and more.
You need to start fulfilling the Sawmill shop by providing wood and having craftsmen who can turn that wood into requested goods. It will tell you what type of workers you need, what to place, etc.; just check the tab.
As you place more facilities, you will raise the location's quality. Make sure each staff worker has their own space.

Now you need to decide what is actually going to be produced and how much it is going to cost. Look at the colour under the selling price; aim for blue if you can, but make sure your customers are always happy!
Each good has different tags and requirements before it can be built, so keep this in mind if you want to build something specific. Make sure you only put items in the selling slot that you can make; otherwise, customers will get upset that you cannot fulfil their needs.

Special Visitor Buffs
Occasionally, you will get a customer with a golden outline. Make sure they’re pleased, as they give you a buff such as increased income. If you can see them arrive, make sure you check what items they want, and you should lower the price so they’re happy with whatever they get. This will guarantee the buff bonus.

Popularity
As you level up and sell more goods, your popularity will increase. As you level, there are more tasks to complete to gain additional popularity and gain rewards. Make sure you’re completing these tasks when possible.
As you level up, a book will arrive in your inventory. You need to read it in order to unlock the skills and tools.

You don’t want to overdo it on the stations, as it does cost a lot of money to maintain and keep them operating- especially if people are not using them. Your goal is to minmax where possible: raising prices when you can, but ensuring everyone is happy with what they buy as well.
As you progress through the popularity levels by completing tasks, you will eventually reach max level, which is level 5 when you unlock Woodworking Artisan’s Seal.

Maximising Facility Income
As you level up and gain more bonuses, keep adjusting your item prices. As you level, you can sell items for a lot more money- so much more than your original prices- and customers will still buy them if they’re satisfied with the quality and price. For instance, a Plaid Gourd Bottle can make you almost 3000 per item later on.

Sell the cheap items that are easy to manufacture whenever possible. A Plaid Gourd Bottle is easier/cheaper to make compared to a Dark Timberham Bed, and they sell for just as much money! This also means you don't need high-level stations, so you don’t need any additional workstations.
However, make sure you balance your tiers to get max satisfaction where possible. Ideally, stay in the Premium Tier if possible, so you can sell for max prices!
Another way of reducing your costs is by looking at your workers and having workers who skills match what items you’re producing. If you don’t require a high-level carpenter, you could hire a cheaper one instead.

Finding More Factilities
Open the map and filter by Facilities. Zoom out and you can see the other options available to you. Look for icons that actually have a shop. Something like the Tailor’s Shop is a good option.

You can also see what rewards each of the facilities gives.
