In-Geom can also be played for more CDR and more mount uptime with
Hellhound's Sabatons 
Pyrosis Is Good for Speed / Early game on Paragon
Max Resource is not needed if playing with Hellhound's Sabatons as the casts are free its up to you on build

Can also Use 
Sadistic Aspect in Boots if you dont have it in Amulet (important for DPS)
