To get infinite Evades on this Eagle Evade Spiritborn build, there are a few key requirements you need to hit.
First, your boots must have the implicit stat that increases maximum Evade charges. This is mandatory for the setup to work.
Next, you need a total of around 75% combined Cooldown Reduction and Evade Cooldown Reduction. This is what allows you to continuously reset your Evade.
You can stack Cooldown Reduction on your gloves, amulet, and rings, so make sure you’re prioritizing those stats on your gear. If you manage to get Greater Affixes on Cooldown Reduction on those pieces, you can ease up and skip rolling cooldown reduction on some of your other gear. Depending on your setup, you may also need to Masterwork your Cooldown Reduction to reach about 36% Cooldown Reduction on your character stats page.
Finally, on your boots, you’ll need to temper Evade Cooldown Reduction, then take it further by landing a Greater Affix and Masterworking it to maximize the value. This part is pretty easy to achieve if you have enough materials, since you can keep rerolling until you hit it. When fully optimized, your boots will give around 39% Evade Cooldown Reduction.
So when you combine 36% Cooldown Reduction from your gear with 39% Evade Cooldown Reduction from your boots, you hit that 75% total, which is what enables infinite Evades. Once all of this comes together, you’ll be able to spam Evade nonstop.
If you’re just starting out, it might be hard to reach the cooldown reduction needed. In that case, you can use boots with the implicit stat “Attacks reduce Evade’s cooldown.” This won’t give you infinite Evades, but you’ll still be able to evade very frequently. You’ll just need to weave in an attack every so often to recharge your Evade.
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
For general content, you can pretty much just spam Evade and everything will get destroyed since you’re constantly shooting Storm Feathers every time you evade. But when pushing high-tier Pits, you’ll want to be more efficient with your skills. Focus on using Armored Hide and your Ultimate, The Seeker, to greatly increase your damage. Your other skills are mainly there for utility, and you should only use them when needed, like quickly staggering bosses in high-tier Pits.
