This is the same setup that I cleared Rank 2 Tower on the PTR. Nothing got changed, so the build stays as-is.
Elegy is the most important item in the build.
It is a unique sword.
Gives you the 
Skull Splitter variant of Blazing Scream for free.
This season it also makes your smaller Blazing Screams deal increased damage, just like the main one.
Put 
Sadistic Aspect on your boots if you can't get it on Amulet
The most important setup is 
Igni + 
Tir
That generates resources by killing your own demons.
Killing your own demons with Sadistic Aspect and 
Temerity is also how you heal.
Sadistic Aspect needs to be on your Amulet as a transfiguration. It's all your healing power.
Temerity is the second most important item.
Paired with Sadistic Aspect (which regenerates your life every time one of your demons is killed this season), it creates a massive barrier.
This build is all about killing your own demons.

Enigma: Does not drop. Craft like in the video.
Leoric's Crown: Legacy Unique. Farm Waking Nightmare bosses and general endgame loot.Sadistic Aspect: Extract it from a Legendary. Imprint it on boots.
Leoric's Crown is the seasonal item.
This is where you socket the best splinters for the season.
You can put 
Splinter of Anguish, 
Splinter of Pain, or 
Splinter of the Black Soulstone.
I opted to run with the 
Beru of Abaddon's Flesh, set charm, which increases our damage but also increases our life. At the same time, the last passive set allows us to leave 
Metamorphosis form and still benefit from the buffs in case our HP gets drained too heavily.
For stats: Using maximum life and Hellfire skills ranks is a no-brainer in this build. Since we need to stack HP to increase our damage, that choice was pretty easy.
Metamorphosis: Destruction Demon
Bombardment: Endless BarrageBlazing Scream: Orbital ScreamBombardment: Endless Barrage while you teleport.Use 
Dark Prison: Chain Aura on cooldown, it's a big defense boost.
0 (0)For glyphs and Paragon, you can take any legendary nodes that increase your damage.
Donāt spend too much time trying to fully complete one board. Just prioritize grabbing your legendary nodes first.
Wendigo Brand is bugged, you can change it for 
Hellbent Commander Aspect if it bothers you.
A: Elegy is required. It gives you the Skull Splitter variant of Blazing Scream for free and makes the smaller screams deal increased damage.Temerity is required. Combined with Sadistic Aspect, it creates the barrier that protects you from Metamorphosis burn.
A: Destruction Demon burns you every time you cast a skill. Without a strong barrier, that burn will kill you.Temerity + Sadistic Aspect creates the barrier. Burning damage and DoTs deal less damage to barriers. That barrier is what lets you stay alive while Metamorphosis is active.
A: Most of the time this happens because the barrier is missing or weak. Make sure you have Temerity and Sadistic Aspect so the barrier forms when your demons die.

Sadistic Aspect is on your Amulet as a transfig.A: Focus on rushing all the legendary nodes first and skip the glyphs for now. This lets you unlock the biggest power spikes from the Paragon board early. You can go back and fill in the glyphs once you have more points available.
Blazing Scream: Orbital Scream early and mid game builds, 9/16/2026I've noticed that in neither your leveling build nor this endgame build is there any mention of which Prime Evil to use?! Is it Hatred, Destruction or which one?
I have this build setup but i don't understand why we are taking Rune Charged. None of our skills are recast skills so this shouldn't affect our damage.
Sorry, but I have to ask a quick question too. Iām currently running the setup with the Hellfire Torch and two charms. I really like using my mythical Stone of Jordan charm and definitely want to keep that one. Iād be super grateful for some quick advice: What should I do with the Sigil skill points now? Should I keep them, or do you have better ideas for where to put them? Do we use sigil still? Also any recommendations on what the second charm should be alongside the Stone of Jordan? Whats the best seasonal splinter to run with this? I did Diablo right away and maxed him but I was checking to see if one of the other is better or I'm just gonna save it for a Pandemonium run
hi am doing tower buch one but when i use metamorphis skill my health drain fast what is the proplem any help plz?
Hey I was wondering why you have command fallen been using the build and I barely find myself actually using it and im using the tower push build, Iām 250 paragon and i can do 150 pits I was wondering If I should switch it for something else or nah?
It gets you kills which heals you, and passively activates to trigger Moloch.
when do you update the paragon board with more points

I might be blind and am just not seeing it, but how are we applying vulnerable damage in the specs ither than midgame? I see the midgame has splinter of the mother which applies vulnerable, but the higher specs don't have that splinter. Just curious as to why we'd keep vulnerable damage on molochs.
Basically the infernal homunculus focus applies the profane sentinel "lesser demon vulnerability". It automatically activates a node on your skill tree that will automatically give you infinite vulnerable application by just using blazing scream. No catch or special interaction.
Thats why the item is OP.
