Diablo 4 Uniques and Mythic Unique Item list

In Diablo 4, there are two kinds of hard-to-find equipment pieces: Uniques and Mythic Uniques. Mythics are also commonly named Uber Uniques by players. Both Uniques and Mythics are, in most cases, best in slot (BIS) for most classes, with some exceptions.

A large difference between Uniques and Mythics is that Uniques are tradable while Mythics are not. So, while it is common to trade for a Unique you might need for your build from another player, you will have to farm your Mythic Uniques.

Where Do I Get Uniques?

Uniques are commonly gained by summoning and killing bosses, so when starting out, the quickest way to obtain them for your character's build is to get straight to farming boss. Uniques can also drop from monsters and events in the world of sanctuary, like Hellgates and Nightmare Dungeons. Certain Uniques, such as Crown of Lucion, are, well, "unique" to the Infernal Horde.

Where Do I Get Mythic Uniques?

Mythic or Uber Uniques are incredibly rare in Diablo 4 and are gained through the killing of Tormented Bosses. They can also be dropped throughout the world as well as long as the enemies you are fighting are above level 55, but this is exceptionally rare.

Tormented Bosses, Duriel, and Andariel, have five chances to drop a Mythic at a 1.5% chance each. This also means that a boss can drop multiple Mythics at once.

Mythics always drop at Item Power 925.

Mythics always drop with maximum roll ranges on their affixes.

Mythics can drop with Greater Affixes, just like regular Uniques.

Crafting Mythic Uniques

Mythic Uniques can also be crafted through the Alchemist with a material known as Resplendent Sparks. The crafting requires 4 Resplendent Sparks in total to craft a Mythic Unique, and you’re able to craft a Mythic of your choice. Sparks are obtained through salvaging Mythic Uniques at the blacksmith, but some can also be gained through completing season milestones, such as killing a Tormented Boss for the first time in a season.
