Cliptis' Trillion Damage Quill Build!

Only use this version if you're having difficulty with survivaibility. Once your gear gets to a good place, you do more damage without it, and you survive very well. This build is based around spending as much Vigor as possible to proc Banished Lord's Talisman. It's a simple rotation making it easy to play, it can be squishy at higher tiers without the right gear but Tyrael''s Might, Tibult's Will and Harlequin's Crest are options if needed.
