Quill Volley is our Primary attack in this build and thanks to Rod of Kepeleke it is free and spammable. Quill Volley also double dips our key passive which will grant skill ranks and reduce the cooldown of all of our skills. This allows use to use our Ultimate Frequently for more Ferocity stacks.
Ravager provides 30% resource generation which is important to have, along with Vigorous on ring, in order to repeatedly hit 100% resource every attack.

Rod of Kepeleke makes the build run but you can somewhat play before you have it. Midnight Sun helps to refill out Vigor and Aspect of Adaptability gives us a huge damage burst with Kepeleke. Use a chest with Life/Armor/Resist until you have Tyrael's Might, also Yen's Blessing or Rakanoth's Wake boots can be decent for helping with resistances.
The maximum value we can get from Unyielding is 1500 weapon damage. So you want your armor value to be equal 5000 to get the most out of it.
In this version we DROP Rebounding Aspect for OVERPOWER DAMAGE! Banished Lord's Talisman makes it so that at low gear we have 50% of our hits Overpower which does a LOT of damage. Endgame we'll try to get 240+ Vigor to Crit-Overpower every single attack!

How it Plays
Quill Volley is our main damage skill. It is free to cast and does decent damage; however, it will do the most damage once you get your Vigor meter full. Then Rod of Kepeleke will consume all your Vigor for an empowered attack that adds additional Feathers, always crits, and provides up to 3%[x] Critical Strike Damage per point of Vigor. Quill Volley will also activate our Key passive every 3 attacks to provide +3 ranks of skills and reduce active cooldowns by 10% + 2% per rank they have. This allows you to spam cooldowns as long as you are using Quill Volley.
