At the same time, we explore the synergy of frozen orbs/conjurations/fracture winterglass. To get as many conjurations and lightning spear active as possible at the same time, to increase our damage as much as possible. With the new Winterglass affix, which reduces the cooldown of conjurations, looking insane.
Spam as many of your conjurations as you can while spamming frozen orbs
Get as much attack speed/critical chance/critical damage as you can
Cap your critical chance at 85% taking your Esu boot into account. Lightning spear has +15% critical chance.
Why not Starless Skies or Tal Rasha? Because the crit damage significantly increases the Aspect damage of the lightning spear, I tested both rings, normal legendary rings were superior in the tests.

When you have very good equipment. You start to have problems when you can't activate skills quickly enough. So for better efficiency, I've made an end-end game variant with a few changes on skills

I tested the unique and mythical rings, and the normal legendary rings proved to be better for this build because of their critical damage.
