Build is very beginner Friendly for Gear (Only unique needed for end game Is Illuminator which is super easy to get Via Grigoire, The Galvanic Saint Boss) Build can still function without it, but recommended to get it (Starting at WT3 this item may drop)
Build Notes
Hydra is only used for bosses / Sigil 100 Can swap into Hydra Enchant (replace fireball on boss)
Fireball for DPS Shields for When HP gets low Teleport for mobility Inferno for Unlimited Energy Or Grouping Large Groups
(Optional you can add in frost nova for more defense)
While leveling I suggest Using Arch lash and getting moonrise for Super smooth gameplay to 50 (Build for that here)
For Uber Bossing We Switch the enchantment from fireball to Hydra as Fireball Enchant doesn't proc unless we kill something
For Speed farming You can try Occulus for Extra CDR and swapping flowing veins for Metamorphosis to override the negative random teleport
