Ring of Fire Firewall deals a lot of damage with 
Charged Bolts as the proc mechanism because it applies so many hits. Additionally uses 
Fractured Winterglass to make conjurations to apply even more hits. Enjoy
Heavily inspired (to say the least) from Northwar's S13 Firewall build. Credit given where credit due. Really just a cool build and concept. S13 dropped during law school finals, its been... interesting.
