Meteor

The Meteor build will teach you all the Skills, Paragon, Aspects and Gear you need to run the Meteor Sorcerer. This build will rely on damage from Meteorites which are spawned from the Aspect of Armageddon.

Do not use Fire Bolt it's only used to activate more damage from Elemental Synergies

Gear Set-up

Unique Set-up

This build will use Meteorites as its main source of damage. They come from Aspect of Shattered Stars combined with Aspect of Armageddon and Inferno. You will use Summoned Ice Blades to reset the Cooldown of Meteor because we will be using Starfall Coronet which will give Meteor a Cooldown instead of a Mana cost. You'll use Aspect of the Orange Herald to keep Inferno off Cooldown as much as possible.

The real heavy hitter comes in the form of Orsivane which gives massive damage boosts for each Defensive Skill you leave off the bar. The great thing about this, is that you gain the Enchantment abilities for each of the Defensive Skills left off the bar i.e. Flame Shield Enchantment is Losing 30% of your life within 2 seconds automatically casts Flame Shield. This can only happen once every 21 seconds. Normally you need to have this equipped, but by using Orsivane you just automatically get that Enchantment to activate.

Temerity allows us to use Healing Potions even when we are at Maximum Life and because we are running Orsivane, any time we use a Healing Potion we gain Ice Armor. This is very IMPORTANT because it will allow you to not break your channel and still gain Ice Armor

Mythic Set-up

For this set up, you'll just be using Heir of Perdition for some Critical Strike Chance, Movement Speed, and extra damage.

Mana Management

Early on, adding Resource Cost Reduction onto your gear will help a lot. You can also add on Mana Per Second. The Rune combinations below will also help you with you Mana issues.

• Zan + Lum
• Bac + Lum
• Lith + Lum

Critical Strike Chance

You only need to have 45% critical strike chance because the Esu's Ferocity key passive grants 40% and Searing Heat Legendary Node grants another 15%.
