This a build that focuses on having massive uptime on the Arbiter form of 
Arbiter of Justice. So if you want to be rising to the heavens and crashing down as a holy arbiter to melt everything while leveling, this is for you. We get a ton of perks that give this form letting us walk around as an arbiter slapping enemies with our divine wings.
This build isn't just strong... It can clear the lvl 50 capstone with no gear and no planning on penitent mode. letting you unlock the pit 10 levels early. It is absolutely busted, and will carry you all the way into endgame.

Do not need ANY of these aspects to deal great damage with this build, but every single one just makes you stronger.
You can do capstone dungeons at 35 + 50 (recommended), these require certain difficulties, hard and penitent respectfully - this is the time to tweak you gear. Get your offensive + weapon tempers and throw on some aspects. and you're good to go!
Main things for big damage will be your 2h weapon 
Aspect of Lagera's Sovereignty and your neck Aspect of Celestial Strife as these get a 200% and 150% boost for massive damage.

How it Works
Very easy to play:
- Jump into combat with either Arbiter of Justice or Falling Star
- Pop both of our aura skills Holy Light Aura and Fanaticism Aura
- We also get both the passives from these for huge buffs
- Smash enemies with super fast attack speed Divine Lance
