SEASON 10 ICE Hydra Mana Shield

So we Stack as much mana/INT as possible
Should be getting 20k+ mana easily

OPTIONAL you can play Flame shield or Primordial Binding

(The build Wont make sense in the Planner since stuff isn't out so you need to read all text to make sense) Due to Chaos Uniques not being in the planner yet)

The parts can all be swapped in slots it doesn't matter which ones
(Just don't have the correct slot I.E
Running Axial in ANYTHING but the pants (since you lose 20x stats)

(HELM Must be Hail of Verglas)

Ophidian Iris with GA on Int, Masterwork INT
Axial Conduit with GA / Master work on Resource Gen
Locran's Talisman GA / Master work on Max Resource

(Last slot is up to you) Since they are all pretty good options but depends on content

Fists of Fate (GA / Masterwork on attack speed) (Recommended)
Raiment of the infinite (GA / Masterwork on any of the offensive passives) (Highest dps)
Esadoras for GA / Masterwork INT (For More tankyness)

(Banished lords does NOT work in build btw)
(you can also run boots since the game feels bad without it

The build DOES NOT NEED HP ANYWHERE (so easy to max out on paragon, dump the rest all into INT)

Mana Shield – Unique (limited to 1)
You have 99% reduced Maximum Life but any damage you would take is dealt to your Mana before your Life. If you have not taken damage in the last 4 seconds, your Mana Regeneration is increased by 5,000%[+]. You gain 200-400% increased Maximum Mana and each point of Intelligence increases your Maximum Mana by 1.

Power Siphon
Your Core Skills deal 50-100% increased damage, but also reduce your Maximum Current Resource by 20 for 6 seconds. This reduction stacks but does not refresh.

Alternating Alterations
Casting a Corse Skill empowers your next non-Channeled Cast of a different Core Skill, refunding 50% of its Resource cost and dealing 10-30% increased damage.

Mana Infused Conjurations – Legendary
Your Conjurations are empowered and deal 10-30%[x] increased damage but each one drains 5 Mana per second.
