One Shot Hammer of the Ancients

This Hammer of the Ancients build is about dealing massive and concentrated damage.

1. Use your 3 Shouts
2. Group them together with Steel Grasp.
3. Use Lunging Strike to enable your Mortal Draw Glyph then use Hammer of the Ancients for massive damage.
4. Repeat Lunging Strike and Hammer of the Ancients until Steel Grasp is needed to regroup enemies or to reapply vulnerable to targets.

Make sure you keep fury as full as possible to take advantage of Furious Hammer of the Ancients, Edgemaster Aspect, and Limitless Rage.

Maximize your damage by keeping your fury as high as possible. High fury gives you additional massive damage from the Furious Hammer of the Ancients skill, Limitless Rage Aspect, and Edgemasters Aspect.

Weapon Assignments

Weapon Assignments: Assign Lunging Strike to one handed weapons and your Hammer of the Ancients will be assigned to your 2 Handed Mace by default

Gearing Notes

This build has heavy emphasis on rolling + defensive ranks to your necklace. Without this roll you will most likely struggle with your survivability. For your rings all you need are Crit Rate, Crit Damage, and Vulnerable Damage. The fourth stat is preference and can be Maximum Life, Maximum Fury, or Close Damage. If you feel like you have fury issues you can also choose Resource Generation.

Fortify

For this build we opt out of the Warbinger paragon node. Instead we use Numbing Wrath Aspect, Mighty War Cry Skill, and one Fortify Generation roll on boots to keep yourself maxed out.
