How it Works
Shouts now provide -4s CD to non shouts skills, this allows us to have lower CD for charge and for Iron Maelstrom
Core spell Whirlwind helps us build up Charge DMG, enable bleeding and debuff Vulnerability, it also pulls enemies together for MULTIPLE AOE Charge explosion!
Remember To Use Slashing Weapon For Whirlwind
Use Highest DMG Base 2H Bludgeoning Weapon For Charge
We Also Have A Berserking Charge Barb Build!
Fury Gain Overloading?
If we are having too much fury, we can look into replacing the aspect on the ring with echoing fury, or removing the nods for the Legendary Paragon board, that gives us fury upon swapping weapons, WIP
