Overview
Wraith is a slow, traditional carry so we need levels and items to help scale. We do this by tanking up during teamfights and then playing off our ultimate to help catch unaware opponents for easy kills. Once we obtain our max level ultimate we can dominate teamfights!

Early Game
You ALWAYS level 1 (Cards) first to have kill pressure in the lane. Remember to always be firing so you can charge up your cards.
First buy Mystic Burst and Extra Charge to establish a strong lane presence and kill pressure! Follow up with Headshot Booster to increase that power.
Then we buy both Basic Mag and Monster Rounds to help with farming.
Sprint Boots allow you to traverse the map faster and get to readily available jungle camps and creep waves
Mid Game
Next you MUST save up for Tesla to increase farm and wave-clear speed which will help you get the rest of your core items.
Round out with Active Reload and Intensifying Magazine to increase our weapon damage.
Next buy Bullet Resist Shredder which synergizes with your Tesla to proc often!
Late Game
Siphon Bullets is your first must buy in the late game, dealing consistent damage from far and helping us tank up with the health we are constantly gaining.
Next if you want more damage pick up Toxic Bullets, and if you need more survivability get Improved Bullet Armor.
Leech will help us sustain in teamfights.
Situational
Inhibitor will reduce damage and will serve as another layer of protection to keep us alive.
Curse will help shutdown very pesky high mobility characters that can outrun your ult.
Unstoppable will make us immune to CC’s.
