Wraith is now a powerhouse of damage, with the new changes to her kit. With this tanky build, we will be indomitable in the game and in teamfights!

You ALWAYS level 1 (Cards) first to have kill pressure in the lane. Remember to always be firing so you can charge up your cards.
With the new system, rushing Tesla Bullets is a very strong option.
High-Velocity Rounds gives some early fire rate and an easier time of hitting shots.
Healing Rite will help sustain throughout the lane, but can be substituted for Restorative Shot as well.
Monster Rounds to help clear waves and help clear jungle camps as well.

Capacitor is a new item and is highly recommended to buy as it removes pesky buffs like Metal Skin or abilities like Infernus's Flame Dash and Ivy's Air Drop.
Mercurial Magnum gives Wraith more fire rate and damage during Wraith’s next reload.
Round out the build with items like Toxic Bullets if they have tanky characters like Abrams.
