Overview
This build was created by Hydration. To find this build in game search for "Mobalytics - Lash by Hydration" (BuildID: 17517)
Currently, Lash is played best as an assassin by roaming and applying map pressure. His mobility allows him to be everywhere on the map while also having really fast neutral clear speed.
Lash has a disgusting amount of displacement and knockups that make it very easy to set up kills.
Early Game
Lash will generally struggle in lane, buy
Extra Regen as your first item to help you survive the lane.
Then buy
High-Velocity Mag,
Hollow Point Ward,
Extra Health,
Mystic Burst, and
Extra Charge so that you are able to efficiently trade with your opponent.
Buy
Extra Regen if you are getting poked down in lane.
Quicksilver Reload should be the first T2 item you buy, this item is insane when imbued on
Flog, combined with
Mystic Burst you are able to heal 400+ health every 12 seconds.
Mystic Shot is the last item you need to begin having high kill pressure.

Mid Game
After buying your early core you will want to fill out your slots.
Buy the rest of the items in order from left to right to continue spiking your mid game strength and becoming very durable.
Improved Burst is your next big purchase, it will give you a nice amount of damage and can be activated by any of your abilities at this point.
Your next T3 items are
Sharpshooter,
Warp Stone and
Pristine Emblem. These help with both damage and survivability.

Late Game
Begin filling up your flex slot with situational Vitality items.
If you need more damage,
Lucky Shot is a big purchase.
Consider buying
Mystic Reach and upgrading it into
Improved Reach if you are behind and need insane value
Death Slam to win the game.
Generally don’t buy any T4 items with this build, you get a lot more value upgrading your T1/T2 items into T3 items. If the game goes very late consider picking up
Siphon Bullets,
Frenzy, and
Rapid Recharge.

Situational and Luxury Items
If the enemy team has a lot of healing, consider buying
Toxic Bullets or
Healbane.
Reactive Barrier is a great defensive option against teams with a lot of stuns and displacement.
Debuff Reducer or
Debuff Remover are great options against teams with large amounts of debuffs and stuns, especially against
Knockdown and
Slowing Hex.
Slowing Hex is a great situational pickup if you are ahead and can run down enemy players.
Upgrading
Extra Health into
Fortitude will allow you to stay in long skirmishes without needing to go back to base.
