Overview

This build was created by Suzu. To find this build in game search for "Mobalytics - Ivy by Suzu" (BuildID: 17302)

This easy to pick up build turns Ivy into a very tanky support that uses melee attacks frequently to deal surprising damage too.

Early Game

  • For starter items, Health Nova can be purchased very early on, even before you’re done with your other starter items. Healing Rite can also be bought if struggling as it upgrades into Rescue Beam later.

  • Your first items Restorative Shot and Extra Health make you very tanky early on, meaning you can be confident about using your melee and Stone Form very aggressively too. Remember your gun is still pretty strong for last hitting and denying due to the fire rate and clip size.

Mid Game

  • Melee Charge and Berserker combination makes great use of your melee attacks and your surprising tankiness to survive and contribute to any skirmish or even 1v1 encounters. Don’t forget to use your Health Nova active as it’s very powerful.

  • Enduring Speed increases your ganking and roaming capabilities even more. Combine it with your Ultimate and the reliable CC and presence in the fight you bring, always try to get to skirmishes and get the numbers advantage on your side!

Late Game

  • Heroic Aura can also be bought earlier if you or your team are starting to get ahead, as that gives your team an even bigger edge.

  • You can pick the order of the Spirit Armor or Bullet Armor depending on which one you need the most, and that also applies to the Improved versions.

  • Monster Rounds should be sold for Heroic Aura and Extra Health sold for the first Armor if needed.

Situational Items + Luxury Items

  • Rescue Beam is an item with great base stats, it can be bought if you feel confident to use the extra “pull” effect to save your teammates or if you really enjoy healing even more (and it can be self-cast for extra survivability too!)

  • Curse is for when you have to deal with that annoying carry that somehow got too strong on the enemy team and extra CC is needed.

  • You can always upgrade your Spirit Armor and Bullet Armor if you already have the core items, they don’t take more slots and are amazing value for your survivability (even more if you’re good at timing your Stone Form

  • Decay should be bought if the enemy team has a lot of self-healing tanks and/or dedicated healers, the item is super effective for the cost, just remember that you can only have four active items at the same time!

  • If you end up getting Superior Cooldown be sure to imbue your Stone Form with it, and for Superior Duration you should pick Watcher’s Covenant.
