Unlock Location:
- Progress through the story until reaching "The Timekeeper's Order" a Main Quest in Dominion area.
- You will encounter The Timekeeper, the last major campaign boss.
Farm Method:
- Defeat The Timekeeper and finish the main story mission.
- After completing the story mission, return to his arena.
- Use the Encore Machine nearby to reset the fight.
- Repeatedly defeat The Timekeeper until
Timekeeper's New Shield drops.
