Unlock Location:
- Progress into The Terminus Range region to the The Low Leys sub-area.
- Complete the Order Bunker The Wireworks.
- Doing so unlocks The Divisioner boss.
Farm Method:
- Defeat The Divisioner after completing the Order Bunker.
- Return to the arena if you’ve already killed him once.
- Use the Encore Machine nearby to reset the fight.
- Repeatedly defeat The Divisioner until
Inkling drops.
