Blacksmith - you want to get to Windspear in the Terminus Range first. - After that you want to defeat the boss in the Umbral Foundry.
- The nearest fast travel location for that is The Nightcap (Safehouse)
Farm Method
- Defeated Vile Lictor in the Campaign.
- Defeat Vile Lictor who can drop Blacksmith.
- Farm until Blacksmith drops.
