Tier List Maker

EpicNNG - February 28th, 2026

Here is my compiled list of all new items within Bounty Pack 2: Legend Of The Stone Demon! I ranked these guns based on a simple factor: Are they worth your time? Should you commit hours to farming them or not? We also rank based on overall power, and use cases.

If you want more details on these rankings, I've left some TL;DRs down below to better give context on their placement at the time of writing this tier list. Thanks to LazyData & Ratore for their help!

S - Tier Item Breakdown

Laser Disker - As it stands, this is currently one of the highest damage tediore throws in the game. It's an extremely powerful weapon I'd highly recommend grabbing at least once.

Roulette - A perfect homage to the sleeping giant from Borderlands 3, this pistol very quickly gets out of hand with the DPS potential, and leads to insanely fast clear speeds in mobbing

Broken Wings - This SMG is an instant vouch for any player currently utilizing High Cal 3, especially due to the multi-projectile functionality. Much like with any splash projectile, it does not take long at all before you find yourself doubling the damage output.

A - Tier Item Breakdown

Doeshot - I spoke at the start about ranking based on time investment worth amongst other factors, and this is arguably the highest contender for that title in this entire tier list. It's a full burst mag dumping machine that can roll a high variety of licensed parts. I highly recommend it.

Tankbuster - While the biggest weakness of the Tankbuster is the rate at which it kills, the ability of this weapon makes it a win/win use case for the user, who will almost never see a downside to the card effect. It very quickly ramps up in damage, one tapping most mobs without fail on max difficulty.

Mercurious - While it's not for every character, I have heard extremely good feedback regarding the power of the Mercurious, especially on characters like Rafa who can utilize the power very quickly (no pun intended) - Check this one out if you're a fan of speed.

Shalashaska - Think Anarchy, but in pistol form, and with ricochets instead of outright damage. If you pair this item with a Jakobs Enhancement, you can do some genuinely scary things with it. The world is your oyster, just don't try to pronounce the name of this gun.

B - Tier Item Breakdown

Eigenburst - The Eigenburst is argued by a few people to be the best of the three Pearlescent rarity items currently in the game at the time of making this article, and while I don't disagree, I also do not think it's an item to write home about. If you do get one dropped however, check out our Pearl God Roll Guide by Ratore to see if you won the lottery.

Fleabag - This item takes a little bit of a skill hump to get over when using it, but doing so successfully results in some of the most satisfying mobbing content I've had since launch. I'm hoping and praying that with more items in the future, we unlock new ways to use this awesome AR.

Bubbles - This gun shoots bubbles, and that's is the exact way to market it. The floaty projectiles are fun to shoot and look at, but result in depth perception issues that often leave me distracted in combat. I don't want to sleight the power of this weapon... I just don't feel good using it. Sorry Bubbles.

C - Tier Item Breakdown

Conflux - I like the idea of the Conflux a lot on paper, but the setup needed to get this weapon going right now leave it falling behind a little more than I'd like. Hopefully we get a buff to it in the future, but for right now it feels like one of the weaker items on this list. It's still fun to use however, and if you get one, pick it up!

D - Tier Item Breakdown

Handcannon - If this weapon did not do a slither of damage, it'd be finding the place of E/F very quickly. It's quite simply, a sticky weapon that ticks over time when stuck to a target. The problem with this, is that the speed at which this ticks is SO delayed, that you'd be better off killing them with almost anything else on this list before that can happen.

Hopscotch - We finally have the Black Hole shield back in Borderlands, and it works exactly how you think it does. This item is in B primarily due to the lack of range on the singularity, and the short duration. It's very hard to make a use case for this shield over something like the Onion

E - Tier Item Breakdown

Hair Trigger - Much like you'll see with many items on this list, I think this item is a ton of fun... I just can't get it to feel good in combat, and the damage leaves a lot to be desired. I think a potential fix here is to make the orb last longer, and deal more damage to enemies. Until that happens, the fate of it is sealed within E Tier.

ARC-TAN - I really want to love this gun. It advertises the entire slogan of Torgue from way back in Borderlands 2. The problem for me, is that no matter what setup I run it on, or SEE it on... It just feels awful to use. It feels impractical when it shouldn't, and I'm also yet to see it do anything truly impressive. I have a feeling I'll be proven wrong by this item in due time, and I REALLY hope this happens, because the ARC-TAN makes me want to love it.

F - Tier Item Breakdown

Mercredi - Ahhh yes, the gun that... Doesn't get gun bonuses? No, seriously. First discovered by LazyData, and later confirmed by CZ47, this gun straight up is just bugged right now. I think when it gets fixed we'll see it jump to either B/C Tier, but until then... Sorry Mercredi.

Countermeasure - Okay HOOOOOLY CRAP, this genuinely may be amongst not only the worst items in this Bounty Pack, but one of the worst Ordnance items in the ENTIRE game. The whole gimmick of this item is to... Distract enemies... Firstly, I do not want to distract enemies, I want to kill them. This is Borderlands, not a sleight of hand magic trick.

The other major problem with the Counterweight (I'll be calling it that from now on) Is that when you actually do manage to 'distract' your enemies, they only stay distracted for maybe 2 seconds at most.

Now I will say the best thing about this item is how pretty it is... But that's it.
