Rowan's Charge is a great Assault rifle if near infinite is your thing, This Rifle grants a 20% chance for shot to be a critical hit, and refunds 2 ammo on critical hit., With the right set up and gear you can have a unlimited ammo.

Can be found in the Elements: Kinetic

Unlock Location:

• Progress through the story until reaching Dominion Region.
• You will find a Order bunker called Iron wall Resolve in the Terminus District.
• Complete the Bunker and at the end you will find Directive-O.

Farm Method:

• Defeat Directive-O inside Ironwall Resolve Order Bunker.
• After use the Encore Machine nearby to reset the fight.
• Repeatedly defeat Directive-O until Rowan's Charge drops.
