How to Unlock the Legendary Rounder Rogue Class Mod

Rounder is a Rogue Class Mod for the C4SH.

Sleight of Hand gains Reduced Charges. Whenever C4SH kills and enemy with a Card, he gains 2 Charges and resets his Action Skill Duration.
