• Progress into The Fadefields region to the Idolator's Noose.
• Complete the Order Bunker Tipping Point.
• Doing so unlocks Mimicron, the boss that drops Luty Madlad.

Farm Method:

• Defeat Mimicron after completing the Order Bunker.
• Return to the arena if you’ve already killed him once.
• Use the Encore Machine to respawn him for repeated farming.
• Farm until Luty Madlad drops.
