• Progress through the story until reaching Dissected Plateau Region.
• You will do a Main Quest called "A Lot to Process" .
• Complete the Quest and at the end you will find The Oppressor.

Farm Method:

• Defeat The Oppressor.
• After use the Encore Machine nearby to reset the fight.
• Repeatedly defeat The Oppressor until Guardian Angel drops.
