Budget Deity Launches 2 combo balls that place atlas seekers on enemies tracking them making bullets home in on the targets.

Unlock Location:

• Progress through the story until reaching "One Fell Swoop" main quest.
• this quest will take you to the Dissected plateau.
• Complete the Quest at the end you will encounter the Bio-Bulkhead boss.

Farm Method:

• Defeat Bio-Bulkhead.
• After use the Encore Machine nearby to reset the fight.
• Repeatedly defeat Bio-Bulkhead until Budget Deity drops.
