Unlock Location:
- Progress through the story until reaching Dissected Plateau Region.
- You will do a Main Quest called "A Lot to Process" .
- Complete the Quest and at the end you will find The Oppressor.
Farm Method:
- Defeat The Oppressor.
- After use the Encore Machine nearby to reset the fight.
- Repeatedly defeat The Oppressor until Blood Analyzer drops.
