TFT Set 12: Release Date
Looking at TFT’s patch schedule, Set 12: Magic N’ Mayhem will be set to release on July 31st with Patch 14.15. If you live in Oceania, the release date will be July 30th.
This has been confirmed in the TFT Dev Drop that just released. The new set will have a magical theme, and an all-new set mechanics: Charms.
You can learn all about the new set on our TFT Set 12 Reveal Page.
TFT Set 12 PBE Release
TFT Set 12 PBE will release on July 16th in the afternoon (PDT). This was confirmed on TFT socials, and this follows their usual trend. Based on past sets, PBE almost always drops on the Tuesday two weeks before release.
There have been times where the PBE release deviated from this schedule, but for the most part, it has been consistent.
Potential TFT Set 13 Release Date
With Set 12 full revealed, there’s not much to predict anymore. However, lots of players are excited for Set 13 as well. TFT Set 13 will launch sometime in November, and will coincide with Arcane Season 2 on Netflix.
Currently, Arcane Season 2 does not have an official release date. However, we know that Worlds 2024 will finish on November 2nd, 2024. This could potentially mean that Arcane Season 2 will release soon after.
As for TFT, the new sets generally last around 4 months. Since Set 12 is releasing late July, one could expect Set 13 to release in late November as well.
Will the devs drop the set just before Thanksgiving and give no hope for a b patch? Maybe. It’s fairly safe to say that TFT Set 13 will release sometime in mid-late November, but there’s still a chance it’s early December as well.
If Arcane follows the same release pattern of Season 1, it will take 3 weeks for the full season to be available to watch. This gives plenty of time for players to jump from LoL Worlds -> Arcane -> TFT.
