Diablo 4 Guide: Boss Loot Tables

Lord of Hatred has moved all unique locations. Below is a collection of all known Unique drop locations. Some Information may be missing or incorrect still.

Its important to note that every boss is only accessible in Torment 1 or higher.

If you're having issues beating any of the bosses, check the current Diablo 4 meta tier list and adjust your build accordingly!

Mythic Unique Items

In Diablo 4, Mythic Unique items are the rarest items in the game, so before we continue we should know a little about them.

All bosses on this list have a small chance of dropping a Mythic Unique.
Mythic Unique items are very rare to drop this way.
It's been noted that Belial has an increased chance of dropping Mythic Unique Items.

Activity for Materials: Defeating "Mini Boss" Encounter of Belial during the Ambush Encounter.
Summoning Material Required: 2 Betrayer's Husk
Damage Type: Shadow and Poison.

Cosmetic Reward: None.

Belial is unique in that you can pick from whatever boss drop table that you want, but the thing that separates him from other ladder bosses his his vastly increased Mythic Item drop chance, making him the most sought after boss for specific Unique farming and efficient Mythic farming.

Astaroth

Astaroth is a special Lair Boss who can only be accessed when players find an Escalation Sigil dropped from Nightmare Dungeons when the Recurring Nightmare upgrade is selected in War Plans.
