In Diablo 4, Mythic Unique items are the rarest items in the game, so before we continue we should know a little about them.

In addition to their Standard Loot Table, each Lair Boss has a shared pool of Standard Uniques and Chase Uniques that can drop in addition to their regular drop table. This table below outlines the list of shared non class specific Standard Uniques.

Chase Uniques are a special classification of Uniques that do not have a dedicated drop source unlike Standard Uniques. These items can only be found through random drops or by crafting them with the Horadric Cube. If players are unfamiliar with how to craft Chase Uniques, you can find a guide here.

While the exact Loot Table is not currently known, it has been revealed that this boss will have the highest drop rates of both Iconic Mythic Uniques as well as the new Mythix Quality Uniques. An exact drop table will be provided once we get more information.

Belial is unique in that you can pick from whatever boss drop table that you want, but the thing that separates him from other ladder bosses his his vastly increased Mythic Item drop chance, making him the most sought after boss for specific Unique farming and efficient Mythic farming.

Astaroth is a special Lair Boss who can only be accessed when players find an Escalation Sigil dropped from Nightmare Dungeons when the Recurring Nightmare upgrade is selected in War Plans.
