The most important Spell which has to be used on CD is 
Revenge, this ability got buffed massively and the damage you can achieve from this spell alone is ludicrous so try keep it on cooldown.
Since 
Vanguard will give us acess to Charge in Defensive Stance you will use 
Charge as an opener afterwards use 
Shield Block to be able to press Revenge, spacing out Shield Block and Revenge correctly will make sure you can use Revenge on cooldown.
One usage of Shield Block can give you 2 Usages of Revenge if Revenge is pressed on cooldown.
On AOE 
Thunder Clap becomes very important to use now available in Defensive Stance aswell as scaling with Attack Power it is a very strong AOE Spell especially with 
Improved Thunder Clap in mind.
If you don´t have to press Shield Block or Revenge then abilities like 
Sunder Armor (really important on Bosses in group content), 
Rend aswell as 
Demoralizing Shout.Demoralizing Shout particularly is really useful to get immediate threat on more than 4 targets since it got fixed and now should cause threat.
Additionally interrupt Spells with 
Shield Bash, mobs that cast will not allow you to block there its really important to interrupt.
We dump additional Rage with 
Heroic Strike and 
Cleave.
Don´t forget to press 
Victory Rush to heal yourself.
Retaliation should be used as an defensive CD.
And you should always have 
Battle Shout up.
