28 Hour Fitness is a unique Property that rewards players for using both Weapons and Shield items. As a Large item it's a pretty big commitment on board, but the scaling rate appears to be pretty good, at least judging by the Silver version we can see.
I imagine it'll be pretty good during the early to mid game, but it's hard to say if it's strong enough to hold up during the late game. However, I could see this getting excellent value if you happen to get any Obsidian Shield items or Shielded Weapons, allowing you to trigger both effects with one item use.
Badblocker is a pretty neat item that looks at the value of your other items on board. Items like Subscraper can help enable this on their own, but ultimately the more Small items you can fit, the more triggers this provides.
Perhaps it could find some use in a Small items Matchbox setup, utilizing Ledger to Value-stack your board. A Small item with a ridiculous Multicast is always something to watch for, as spamming triggers is a tried and true method that can lead to some wild outcomes.
Coincure is really interesting because it's an item that scales Regen based on its Value. As we all know, it doesn't take a lot for Pyg to stack Value to crazy levels, meaning we could see Pyg's Regen potentially even rival Mak's.
However, Coincure has the "permanently destroy" clause that we know of from items like Crystal Bonsai and Stained Glass Window, meaning there's a level of risk involved when using it. While losing a fight could be brutal for your build, at least in the case of Coincure you'll get a refund.
Hypergreens is most useful for its passive effect, potentially creating large amounts of Healing for Value-stacking builds. Fixer Upper is a clear choice as a Value-stacked item with a low Cooldown, plus the Healing helps safeguard against Poison.
The effect is solid, but as a Medium-sized item it may be hard to justify over other supporting options. At the very least, its active Value-scaling effect could help in the early to mid game before builds reach their absurd heights.
PenFT offers a very unique effect, that while niche, could really help patch up Value-stacking builds in the early to mid game. Items which care about Value tend to sit in your Stash until they've increased enough to be usable. PenFT can help them see the board sooner.
Outside of its niche use, it's very possible we'll see PenFT simply as a fast activator. Matchbox builds care more about the speed of other non-Weapon items than the utility they provide, as oftentimes they'll even use subpar items such as the various types of Piggles.
Riceballer has the same stipulation as Badblocker, except this time the reward is Multicast Burn. There's no doubt that it has potential, especially once you factor in any skills or enchantments for scaling.
I think it'll ultimately depend on how hard it is to stack multiple items to 10 Value. Ledger can accomplish this rather quickly but isn't always available, but perhaps Rewards Card is enough to at least get the build off the ground.
Ring King Gauntlets is a pretty crazy item for how simple it looks. A Small Multicast Weapon with a five second Cooldown is already good no matter what the Damage is, as it becomes the perfect host for skills and other forms of scaling. Sorry Haladie, you never stood a chance.
The Income scaling aspect also has some interesting implications, allowing you to benefit from this more when taking the Income starting option. While this isn't a huge boost, assuming higher upgrades affect the multiplier, it could matter for early game fights.
Showcase is a pretty strong scaling item for its Cooldown and size. Oftentimes Pyg builds will utilize Ganjo or Weights before transitioning to a stronger item like Jabalian Drum or Pyg's Gym, but Showcase is just better assuming you can fulfill its minimum requirements.
It's generally best to look at this for one half of its effect, because it's going to be pretty uncommon that your build can utilize both simultaneously. Though standalone, it's got a good scaling rate already.
Additionally, any Medium-sized Property is also worth keeping an eye on since it enables items that care about having other Properties on board. Considering ATM occasionally makes its way onto builds (at least temporarily), you can already imagine how much of an improvement Showcase could be.
Speedrunner is a Small and spammy self-Charging item that can Charge other items. Immediately this screams Marbles and Matchbox, but there's also Yo-Yo, Piggles, and Model Ship which could potentially use it to a great effect.
It's somewhat comparable to Nitro, except its rate of activation could be much faster. We'll ultimately have to see what its upgrades provide, but assuming the Charge numbers are improved this could be a very useful accelerator.
Wrist Warrior is a pretty unusual item. It's a way to scale Shield items, while also dealing Damage whenever the left adjacent one is used. However, do note that it fully relies on its supporting items.
Its abundance of tags could make it a nice early pickup to enable Apropos Chapeau, and should function as a decent mid game piece for its size.
